RECTIFICATION WORKS UPDATE

Since approval for Icon to commence the works was issued on Monday, 6 May 2019, works onsite have been progressing well with the following milestones reached:

  • Three of the seven concrete walls / columns have been poured.
  • Of the four remaining walls / columns, the first pour has been undertaken or is ready for concrete to be poured.
  • Removal of precautionary  propping to nominated areas has commenced.

Icon continue to work with the Owners Corporation and their nominated representatives, Cardno and BT Project Management, who attend site on a regular basis to inspect and witness the works.

Icon anticipate the structural remedial works will be completed in the first week of August 2019.

APARTMENTS READY FOR RE-OCCUPATION

The following apartments will be ready for re-occupation as per the below dates:

Monday, 15 JULY 2019:

101, 102, 201, 202, 301, 302, 911, 1104, 1204, 1304, 1404, 1504, 1703, 1903, 2003, 2103, 2203, 2303, 2403, 2503, 2602, 2702, 2802, 2902, 3002, 3102, 3202, 3302, 3402 and 3503.

Tuesday, 16 JULY 2019:

1101, 1201, 1301, 1401, 1501, 1711, 1712, 1811, 1812, 1911, 1912, 2011, 2012, 2111, 2112, 2211, 2212, 2311, 2312, 2411, 2412, 2511, 2512, 2601, 2701, 2801, 2901, 3001, 3101, 3201, 3301, 3401 and 3501.

Icon will contact the Occupants direct to advise of the re-occupation process, including inspections times to review the apartment and collect the apartment key (if held by Icon).

OWNER INVESTOR CLAIMS

Claims are being processed as expediently as possible, however at times are delayed due to lack of supporting or incorrect documentation. We appreciate your co-operation.

In addition to the above we acknowledge that several owner investors and / or their representatives have contacted Icon with regards to rental compensation as proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).

Icon have met with numerous owners over the past two weeks and will continue to be available as required.
